Outdoor Area
We have a fully equipped garden to enhance not only physical skills, but attributes in all seven areas of learning. Children can benefit from many of our fantastic facilities, from our large climbing frame and slide, to our fully equipped mud kitchen.
The children have lots of opportunities to polish their writing skills by using our big black chalk boards displayed around the garden and children are often accompanied to our fruit and vegetable patches, where their understanding of the cycle of nature is developed. Within our outdoor area is a variety of equipment and resources, including small vehicles on a paved ground or sand/water trays placed within our grass areas.
This outdoor area is accessible all year round as we provide children with personal protective equipment, like wet suits, so they are not restricted in their exploration and learning.
